Pick a normal consultation, or anonymous guidance to keep your identity private.

Select date and time
Available slots come from the doctor's own calendar.

Make payment
Confirm the consultation fee before the appointment is booked.

Attend the consultation
Message your doctor from the appointment page at the scheduled time.

Receive prescription or summary
Your doctor publishes a prescription or consultation summary to your account.

Follow up when required
Book a follow-up with the same doctor at any time.
Choosing anonymous guidance
When you select anonymous mode, the doctor receives only what is needed for the consultation: a consultation reference, the age and gender you choose to disclose, and the symptoms you describe. Your name, email and contact details are not shared. This is enforced by the platform's access rules, not just hidden in the interface.
