Legal
This page describes how the platform handles your information. It is a working document and should be reviewed with legal counsel before launch.
Account information (email, password credentials handled by our authentication provider), profile information you enter, appointment and payment records, consultation messages, and prescriptions issued to you.
Patient identity is stored separately from consultation records. For anonymous guidance, doctors are not permitted by our database access rules to read your identifying profile information.
You can access your own records. A doctor can access appointments assigned to them, and identity only for non-anonymous guidance. Administrators can access operational records needed to run the platform, and sensitive administrative access is recorded in audit logs.
Medical and payment records are retained as required for continuity of care and compliance. You can contact support to request information about your data.
